Schaefer Yachts will have new design options in partnership with Pininfarina

Márcio Schaefer, Schaefer Yachts CEO, returns to Brazil this week from the United States with a new contract signed with the Italian design studio Pininfarina. The partnership was signed this past weekend, at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS), the world's largest in the industry, on a boat and at the company's own booth. The agreement includes interior design options for the Schaefer 640, plus the brand new Schaefer 510 Fly and 510 HT - the latter were recently launched at the São Paulo Boat Show, which ended in October and will have its Pininfarina version only in the North American market. Recognized as one of the largest design studios in the world, responsible for the design of brands such as Ferrari and Maserati, Pininfarina has a history with Schaefer Yachts, having already signed design options for other ships, such as Schaefer 620 Pininfarina. "The idea is part of our expansion and we bet a lot on this opportunity. Schaefer Yachts and Pininfarina share the same passion for product design with beauty and state-of-the-art technology, "says Schaefer. In addition to Schaefer, Paolo Trevisan - head of design of Pininfarina -, the manager of the shipyard, Pedro Phelippe, and Samuel Brito, responsible for Schaefer Yachts operations in the USA, were present at the signing of the new partnership.
